At Arcis Power, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below for returns and refunds

  1. Return Eligibility: We accept returns under the following conditions:

    • The product is returned within the specified return period, which is typically 30 days from the date of purchase.

    • The product is in its original, resalable condition, including all accessories, original packaging, and documentation.

    • The product is free from any damage, scratches, or visible signs of wear and tear.

    • The return is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • a. Contact our customer support team at contact@arcispower.com to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

    • b. Securely pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included.

    • c. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

    • d. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  3. Refund Process: Once we receive and thoroughly inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  4. Refund Amount: The refund amount will be as follows:

    • The purchase price of the product, less any applicable restocking fees (if specified or communicated).

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

  5. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your product for a different model or variant, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Please be aware that additional charges may apply if there is a price difference between the products.

  6. Warranty Claims:

    • For Arcis LED products: If your product is covered under warranty and you believe it has a manufacturing defect, please refer to our dedicated Warranty Policy for instructions on how to file a warranty claim.

    • For Arcis Circuit products: Warranty claims for Arcis Circuit products are typically handled directly by their respective manufacturers. Please refer to the manufacturer's website for specific warranty information and procedures.
